Housing Near Newbury Park, CA

I am trying to find a summer college team for my son. I have been referred to the ATH Academy. They sound like they can find a roster spot for him but they have no housing.

Anyone have any ideas for me? Anyone open for housing that lives in that area? I can't send him if I have to pay for a hotel all summer.

Maybe you could rent a dorm room at Cal Lutheran. Sometimes colleges rent rooms to summer travelers.
