What are the most common reasons for me to go into my rulebook?

What are the most common reasons for coaches to argue and look in their rulebook?

examples could be regarding interference/obstruction, balks, # of bases awarded, etc.

I'm just trying to imagine situations where I think there may be a reason to check the rulebook, and I'd like to have a "quick-reference" guide with me so I know where to look.

Thanks!!

Everyone would be different because of individual rules knowledge. As an umpire the only thing I can see have to go to the book for would be a BOO. It can be tricking and is many times enforced inproperly. Balks and base awards you just have to know.
As far as coaches checking many things can send them there. Obstruction/interference, BOO, balks, substitutions.
I don't know that there is an easy list to keep handy. As far as a study guide, the dead ball adn awards charts are very handy quick references.
