My wife and I spent the whole weekend on the lake sailing. First time I've been able to even go to the lake in 6 years.

Have to find a new hobby for when the son goes off to college.

Haven't picked my golf clubs up in about 5 years. Looks like I'll be back to the range in about 18 months.

I basically gave up golf when my 2 sons started playing coach pitch. Always said I would start playing again when they go to college and don't want me around anymore.

Last year the week after they left for college I went to the range and hit 2 buckets. My back hurt so much it took 2 days to get out of my recliner

I gave up golf, cooking dinner on game nights, dusting/cleaning on a regular basis...............

I am not so sure which part of that life I am looking forward to going back to...........maybe I will find some kid in the neighborhood I can adopt and then I can keep on this same path.

Your husband says you gave that up the cooking and cleaning part long before your son got involved in Select Baseball
