Good body type, looks like good arm action. Need to work on posture (downward tilt of shoulders, arched back early on) / head tilt / gloveside arm action / whatever else is causing you fall off to 1B rather than thru to the plate. A little toward 1B might be okay but turned around like that is going to get you drilled. Another vid from behind you or the plate would help.
You need to get a good instructor. Yes your posture is not good in terms of pitching . You hands are held too low before hand break. You glove hand is too low and should be close to your arm pit area as you throw the ball. You are not in control of your body which is the whole purpose of mechanics. You are off balance and falling off uncontrollably.
You also rush your delivery. You need to get a good instructor
