My son has done a showcase a few weeks ago and did well. My question is how can a kid get on one of the tournament teams? Are teams looking for kids or do you have to have a team already made?

You might try posting in the Midwest Forum. Maybe someone there can point you to a team for which your son can try out.

The baseball world is a very small world---if the player does well in showcases etc the word will get out and try outs for a solid travel team will not be needed --he will be invited
