It sounds as though you are at the point where you may recieve offers, because when you get one, it almost always has a time limit to it. A coach will let you know how long he intends to keep the offer on the table, and after that point, he'll remove the offer. So there is no stockpiling of offers and then seeing which one is best.

The best offer isn't always the best fit either. Just because someone offers more in a baseball scholarship, doesn't mean that that's where you should choose to go to school. Take some time and try to figure out what you want to do in college, what part of the country would you like to be in, how challenging do you want your academics to be, how big a school do you want to attend, how much can you afford, etc? There are a bunch of questions that should be narrowed down before you start weighing scholarship offers.

If there are several schools of very high interest to you, and one makes an offer that isn't your first choice, then it may be a good time to let the schools you have ranked above know that you are considering an offer.

Best of luck.
