It all depeneds on your size, weight and expecialy your machanics. For instance I just turned 14 year old, 5'9 and I'm topping out at 81 or 82.
But look at billy wagner for instance the guy's 5''11 and throws 98 miles an hour because of his great body machanics. To increase arm strenght weights are ok but using bands helps strenghten shoulder mustles alot.
