My Son will be a Freshman next year He's very good. 6'3 Left-Handed Pitcher throws Hard with great control. His dilemia is Our High School Baseball Coach is tranferring to another school and Our program seems to be faltering, He wants to be on a Winning Program. I understand there is Summer and Fall ball. But is that enough ? Thanks

Yes that's enough. Get him on the highest caliber summer team though where they travle and WIN. I play for Arlington High School currently 0-8 and i just signed my letter of intent. But I play for the washington wave a pretty high caliber summer team. So school ball is when the college coaches are still coahing too. summer is there time to search for prospects. Although if his school team did win it does help.
Make sure when your son plays and the team isn't doing well, he still remains positive, doesn't talk down to any of the players or coaches, etc. His body language will be something that college coaches will see as well. Just have him stay positive through the tough times and remember to think about the future, not the here and now. JMHO.
