How is the shape of the coaching staff?

How is the shape of the coaching staff?

Just curious do parents make any judgements about a baseball program if
the members of the coaching
staff are way out of shape.

Have notice the assistants tend to me in much better shape than the head coaches. Might have something to do with them throwing BP often

Dibs,
The coaches at Clemson actually work out side by side with the boys in the gym, and Coach Leggett can beat manny of them in a three mile run. You will even find them on the road running, rain or shine, home or away.
Their philosophy is that they need to set examples.
Don't know if any of you know about Leggett's Omaha challenge, it's quite a physical and mental one.
I think it is important for parents to understand, your son's Head Coach (and assistant coaches) will be one of the people he will remember all of his life, and you would want it to be a positive one in every aspect.
