I just wanted to make a post on the communication between a member and myself. I will not disclose the member's name BUT he and I have had some disagreements and/or he's just tired of some of the "action" on the site. First, we aired out some differences. Then, we sent private messages to each other and finally, we seem to have come to some solution. That doesn't mean there has to be a winner or loser. It means we communicated WITHOUT MAKING IT PERSONAL. Thanks to that member!
Again, we have various functions such as the ignore and report buttons. We have private messages. We also can disagree without the attacks. I'm thankful that this particular poster understood that I sometimes need time to deal with some matters. MN-Mom is in the same boat. She gives more of herself to this site than anyone. I don't know how she does it but do know I COULDN'T DO IT.
