How likely is it for a All-District kind of player who led the team in most offensive categories to walk on to a .700 DII school?

It's possible, but I would be surprised that an All District type player from S. Florida leading in offensive categories would not have offers and be asking about walking on. In Florida it will be difficult. Nebraska may be different.
