Hey Chino,

If you focusing on just arm strength you're going to want to make sure you working your forearms, triceps, legs, and abs.

If you think about it, your legs get you started and give you the strong base to PUSH off of (look at rogers clemens legs, this is why pitchers work legs soo hard)...your abs help keep everything together and pull your upper body around, bringing your arms forward. Your triceps extend your arm forward and your forearms finish with flicking the wrists.

Everything's important but I worked on these real hard my freshman year playing D1 ball...and my arm speed from the outfield went from 81mph to 88mph.

Just so you know I'm not just throwing stuff out there...I was on the 2008 Rawlings 1st Team All America as a CF
