Hello everyone, I am curious if there are any easy ways to test velocity of a pitch? As I live in Sweden where baseball is a non-existant sport there are no radar guns around for testing such things. All I have is an old baseball and a measuring tape, can this be used to make a fairly accurate assesment of pitch speed? I just want to test roughly how fast I can throw out of curiosity, so the reading does not have to be very accurate.
Would appreciate any tips or ideas!
