How to get invited to PG National Showcase

I'm wondering what are some ways to get invited to the Perfect Game National Showcase. I know going to one of the PG Sunshine Showcases that take place about 3 weeks before, and youre throwing atleast upper 80's will probably get you an invite, but what are some other ways? I noticed with some of the guys there, that is their first PG event. Is it pro scout recommendations? Just reputation?
