I have 7 kids in my select program some 18u and some 16u from one hs that is definitely not a baseball school sometimes coach.doesnt even show to prac says he would rather be at football. On a few occasions I have personally ran prac when a player had called and said coach didnt show. So i took the boys up to play against a college squad over the weekend and actually had 3 from the HS recieve offers and when they come back on monday all of the schools players that have something to do with.my org are now off the HS Teams. Want to hear you guys opinions thanks

I'm guessing there is a lot more to the story.

I am assuming this is a state where "fall baseball" is actually HS baseball and not out of season AAU or American Legion fall ball. Don't know what your state HS athletic committee would say about the "dual teams" then. If it's just a coach preference, then that needs to be given at the beginning of the season as a conditional "if....then" (the math teacher in me). Even if it's a past practice of a coach, that needs to be given in a team/parent meeting at the beginning. From what I read in past posts here, fall ball intertwined with a HS is more relaxed because a number of the kids are playing football.
