Diamond Kings is holding its 6th annual Pitcher's Showcase on Saturday October 30 at DIAMOND KINGS located just off I-84 behind ESPN in Bristol, CT.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
We had a wonderful turnout again last year and are excited to put together another great day of baseball this October. We've had a huge request from colleges for Sophs and Juniors so they can get a head start on 2012 and 13 and, as expected, 2011 Seniors who are still undecided.
We're limiting the number of participants so each pitcher can get a quality look from coaches in attendance. We'll have two mounds going all the morning with coaches located directly behind the catchers for an up close and personal evaluation of abilities. This is an event no pitcher should miss if you think he has the ability to play college baseball. This could be the final opportunity during the NCAA's Evaluation period for a college coach to see and evaluate pitching before the Quiet and Dead periods leading up to the next evaluation period.
Once your registration is complete, you will receive a player information form to be filled out and submitted before October 30th and your DK Recruiting player profile page.
The following is what you can expect from DK's 2010 Pitcher's Showcase
•Every pitch charted with speed and type of pitch.
•Every pitcher will receive contact information for all baseball programs in attendance.
•Pitchers will be given time to throw between 10am and 1pm
•Includes free one year player profile page for from dkrecruiting.com
•Pitchers can have their throwing session video taped and posted to their web page for an additional $75
•Player participation fee $225
•Showcase will start at 10am
