Was it in your paper today? Wasn't in mine. It's mentioned, but not in my paper. Stopped at conv store on way home from dropping off kids at school. Not in the papers at that store either.

We have it -- ours has a Plano West kid on the front page -- can you imagine? 
For some wierd reason my paper guy puts the HS Sports Day section in an area away from the regular Sports Day section. I always forget about it because of this. They should put them back to back.

the newspaper guys around here must have just inserted the family section and not the sports. don't they know that to a lot of us sports is family? I need to check up on all the boys i follow...thanks i'll head north and pick one up
Yep, there are different versions of the DMN.

To pay for select baseball (and my daughters select s****r), I was up at 4 am EVERY day for about 8 years delivering the DMN. Those wonderful people who actually bring the paper to your door step have very little to do with how the paper is "inserted". If I had my way, the Sports page would have always been placed first. It would have saved me lots o' time -- trying to find out the latest scores, stats, etc. ....BEFORE I left on the daily route. By the way, having a newspaper delivered daily is still a great bargain. (And, be sure to give your carrier a BIG tip @Christmas time!)
