HS Web 06 Grads, Sons Where are You Going?

Dan Weston (Lyons Township) going to or is at Illinois State as of thursday and practice begins Tuesday after Labor day however feild is open as of today friday. Best of luck to all the class of 2006 and they're new baseball lives.....

Luke Stewart, Normal West High School, is at Georgia. Moved into dorm last Sunday, classes started Wednesday the 16th. After the dorm move in, went with his 3 roommates to Foley Field for a game of catch.

Andy Cannon (Lyons Township) is moving into the University of Rochester, NY, on August 29th. Classes start September 5th, and practice starts September 9th. Only 16 practices allowed in fall for D3.

We wish all of the '06's the "Best of Luck", and hope our paths will cross again at a baseball field somewhere. Thanks for the memories!!! God bless you all!

Doug Sanders (ECC/St. Edward H.S.(Elgin)) is going to Kent State. Sanders was an All-American First Team 2B and went to the JUCO College World Series the past two years.

Scott Spinelle ( Crystal lake Central) is all settled in at Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield. Schools starts tommorrow with the tryouts this upcoming weekend.

Lincoln Land is one of only 2 teams to win more than 1 National Championship at the DII junior college level(1994 & 2000). They can also boast of Ryan O'Malley the young lefty who won for the Cubs last week.
