I got a practically brand new batting cage net. Its a 70' net high quality thick netting. You pay for the shipping and make a donation to the HSBBweb. The amount of the donation is up to you. Any takers?

Also I got a Hank Blalock autographed baseball from his first AS appearance. Same deal on that as well.

Maybe this is a good way to raise some money for our site?

And Julie let me know if this is Ok.

Wow, that's a great idea! Anyone want a signed autograph from a milb cardinals pitcher? Smile

All kidding aside, great idea.
I mentioned this fundraising idea to Julie a few months ago when we were talking about the monthly cost to keep the site going.

I am sure folks out here have plenty of items to sell with perhaps 10% or so of the sales price being donated to the HSBBW site. I know I have plenty of coaching drills books, DVD's etc.

I think this would be a great venue for raising some cash for this great site.

Sorry, I looked in the mirror and except for the heart of gold, it appears this household already has that item! The "heart of gold" must have been an upgrade on the model you have!
Coach May got me thinking about this ....

A way to create an income stream for HSBBW would be to have our own E-Bay store, and members could offer stuff up to sell on it. I can tell you I sure have stuff I'd be happy to sell and contribute the proceeds.

We'd need someone to agree to manage the store (post the items, descriptions and whatnot) and then when the money comes in, whoever sold it would have to ship it to the buyer.

Julie? What do you think?
