Well after years of not thinking I had any feeling left someone made a lier out of me. Around 6:30 last night as I stood at the base of a stair case my daughter walked around the corner in her wedding dress and started down those stairs I melted!

It was a great night and I wanted to share that with the friends here that I have made over the years.

Other than the wedding this week it's been really wild around my house. First 11 had his appendix taken out on Monday night and while I was down in Huntsville taking care of that on Tuesday my hot water heater busted and flooded my house for 3 hours before I could get someone to turn the water off.

Well, you made me feel better about my week.

I don't have a daughter to marry off, don't have a son in 'Huntsville', and only broke the handle on the cutoff valve to my hot water heater.

Bet all that worry and frustration melted away, however, when you saw your daughter walking down those stairs. What a wonderful evening for you and your family. Congratulations and let's hope this next week goes a little more smoothly!
