Please tell me if this an illegal substitute or not?

High School game.
Line-up card for one team has #10 leading off and #10 on the bench. The lead-off hitter is actually #20 (the coach made an error when filling out the line-up card).

#10 from the bench enters the game in the 6th inning as a pinch runner.

Is this an illegal substitution?

No it is not. Although it is expected (per NFHS rule 1 art 2) to have both the names, numbers and positions of all participants listed correctly on the scorecard, an incorrect number is not considered a reason to claim an illegal substitute.

I dont have my casebook with me, but there is this exact situation in the 2004 NFHS casebook. I will post it exactly later.
