When my son was asked to join his team I had no idea of the adventures we were in for. I'm sure there are some of you out there that have played in numerous states, some in foreign countries. In the four years we have been doing this he has played in the following states.

Utah
Idaho
Nevada
Colorado
Nebraska
Iowa
New York

My son has been playing since he was 6 years old (now a 14 year old freshman in high school). When he started playing I never expected to have all the adventures we've experienced. He's played in:

Maryland
South Carolina
New Jersey
New York (Cooperstown two times)
Pennsylvania
Virginia
Delaware

I love it! I'm looking forward to many more adventures throughout the years ahead!!
You will see some of the United States before it's over.. Baseball people are good people no matter where they live!

Tennessee
Mississippi
Alabama
Texas
Arkansas
Illinois
Iowa
Indiana
Wisconsin
Ohio
California
Louisiana
Florida
South Carolina
North Carolina
Virginia
Georgia
Oklahoma
Kentucky
Missouri
Michigan
New York
New Jersey
Pennsylvania
Massachusetts

Fungo - Up to what level did you count those for JB??

Beezer,
Since this is in the pre-high school forum I only counted up to and including Travel "T" Ball. Big Grin

No, I did count ALL the places he has played including college, Cape Cod and the minors.
Is that considered cheating and will I be stripped of my Karma points? Frown Frown

Beezer- They will be playing for the 14 year old USA Baseball Team in a qualifier in January. The top four teams in Guatemala qualify for the 14&U 2007 World Games next summer. They were picked from a series of tournaments on the west coast this fall. Interesting note- Two of the players (Tyler Davis and Joe Ross) have had brothers play for the USA (Erik Davis and Tyson Ross) Junior Team. Both of them actually played for two years and were key members of their teams
Baseballbum- You listed Norcal as a state in which your son has played. There is a common misconception in southern California that northern California doesn't exist when talking about baseball in this state. Just wanted to correct that and add that we do okay when we participate down there in tourneys. Just pulling your chain a little.
