Currently I am a sophmore pitcher on a D3 college team. I have been battling tendonitis in my shoulder and have been doing some arm exercises to make it go away. I felt fine in Florida but once back to the cold weather in Ohio the issue came back but not as severe.

I was just curious what would be a good throwing program to strengthen my arm and in the mean time possibly gain 2-3 MPH. Currently I throw 80-81 consistently and topping out at 83. I long toss 2 times a week and lift 3 days a week during the offseason and running every day. Yet it hasn't seemed to help since I am still having arm troubles. Thanks in advance for any advice!
