There is no substitute for hard work. Do you have what it takes?
1) Long-toss 5x week. Do a Google search of Alan Jaegers long-toss program. 2) Lift 3x week. Avoid heavy lifting reps involving the shoulders (no heavy lat pull downs or bench presses, for example). 3) Plyometrics and core work 4-5x week. 4) Find a great pitching instructor to perfect your mechanics. 5) Explosive training (sprints are great). 6) Cardio 4-5x week (bike, run) for endurance. 7) Band work for arm health. 8) Eat right!
