from what i have seen it is just a training facility with trainers and instructurs. Dan Hudson, Joe Agrestee, tyler man, Josh Rupe, Neil Ramierez, Dextrer carter and several college ang HS players go there to get their reps and bull pens and work oput with the trainer. it is one of many in the area. Grand Slam 2, Elite, Seven Cities all seem to have the same concept of fostering proper skills to advance your game of baseball or softball. Tends to be a bit cold inside until you warm up. I have seen Bayside, Landstown, And Pa players past and present frequent it on a regular bases. Have not seen anthing negative or detrimrntantal to and progamgs. Billy Swoope often frequents there with his boys, so it must have something for the kids. Coach Keys(VCU) Coach Meyers(ODU) and Coach Jack Moore from Rapahannock uses the facility for camps amd semininars. I recently went to one where Andy Altman explained to young kids about the proper motion of the arm to eleviate injuries. not much glit and glammour but seems to be a place where our beach ball players can hit and throw indoors with out presseure and incliment weather. Kinda models after Grandslam 2. in my mind it is a added plus to where the kids can go and work what they need and train with I believe his name is Jeremy Levine. My son is currently training with him and he is nit even at a beach school. He got to work alongside Dan Hudson and he was stoked
