In a game about 2 weeks ago i had a lead off of 2nd base that was pretty big. The pitcher step off spun around and threw to the base which no one was running me back to. THe SS ran to the ball and as i went to dive in knocked me over and tried to pull me off the base when he tagged me. I was called safe becuase i held onto the bag, but i thought i maybe should have been awarded third base for interference when goin back into the base, What would the correct call have been??
