No different. This is an immediate dead ball at the time of interference.
Combine Matt13's and dash_riprock's posts and you have your answer. If the umpire calls interference, the play is dead and anything that happens after that (such as whether the ball is caught) is irrelevant. Now if the umpire judges that the interference was intentional with the obvious intent of breaking up the double play, he will also call the batter-runner out.
