Bases loaded infield in at the edge of the infield grass. ball is hit between the 2nd baseman and 1st baseman. The 2nd baseman starts to his left and back towards the dirt infield to attempt to field the ball that is quickly passing him, as he does so the runner (who is in the baseline)from 1st runs into the fielder (who is now in the dirt baseline). Interference OR Obstruction?

It's hard to say from the description. If the ball had passed him and he no longer had a play, then obstruction. If he had a play (and no other fielder had a better chance) it's interference.
