Yesterday, having finally had enough of my virus and spyware-ridden hard drive, I decided to format the drive and start from scratch. Long story short: I thought I had backed up everything that I needed to but it turns out I screwed up while trying to back up my son's music in his I-Tunes page. So all of his stored music is gone (over 1500 songs). He still has the songs on his IPod, and I was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to "upload" songs from his IPod BACK into his I-Tunes site. I tried to ask him if he knew, or if one of his friends knew, but, let's just say he's having a little trouble "articulating" while trying to talk about this. Yep, he's p*ssed off. Any help would be appreciated.

I've enjoyed my iMac for almost 4 years now. I have been able to call the Apple support line and if the question is simple enough, they might answer it without charging.

When I had a major issue a while back, I had to pay $49. 1500 songs is worth $49 to me.

You might be able to get to this support by calling 1-800 MY APPLE

Good luck.
