About 2 weeks ago I was told that I needed to update my IPOD. To make a long story short, all my songs got deleted and my Itunes no longer recognizes my IPOD, so therefore I am unable to upload songs. I've tried just about everything..from resetting my ipod to re-installing itunes. When I plug in my ipod to the usb it says the typical do not disconnect, but when plugged in everything in itunes seems to freeze up as I cannot play a song when the ipod is connected.
Anyone else ever have this proble,. and what can I do to resolve it? Thanks.
