I got this play from a college coach. Please let me know if this is a violation as part of the rule book:

Situation: Runners on 1st & 3rd

Play: When pitcher starts motion, runner on 1st breaks for second. Our runner on third takes 2-3 hard steps towards home and stops. The batter fakes a squeeze while the dugout is yelling "Squeeze". This would let the catcher quickly look at 3rd while our runner takes second...everyone safe.

Let me know what you all think.
