Is your Travel Team doing a good job promote you to college and MLB scouts.
1) Has a working and updated Web Site: Hard to believe many travel teams not only don't have a web site. Some that do, has last year schedule on it or last year roster. The good web sites have current game information and upcoming games and tournaments the team will be attending.
2) Shows upcoming pitching rotation for the week and sticks to it. Post it online. Had once seen 25 colleges come to see one specific pitcher and the Travel team coach threw someone else instead. 25 very upset coaches left soon afterward. So did the pitcher. He is now in pro ball.
3) Have a roster online and at the games with all the contact info people need to know.

4) Not overuse the pitchers. Nothing will upset a college coach or mlb scout than to get a pitching prospect arrive in college or pro ball with a tired arm. Do they use all their pitchers and rest them properly?
5) Has directions to the ball fields on the web site. One MLB scout almost drove into the Atlantic Ocean trying to find the baseball field.
6) Plays in well scouted tournaments. You can play a ton of games but is not the whole point is to be seen by colleges and MLB scouts.
