We had a situation when son entered HS.   So we informed the guy in charge of the booster club he was done.  

I am sure this happens everywhere.  Most people are not good with other peoples money.

What gets me is the travel teams and coaches who collect substantial amounts of money and don't deliver what they promise.  I know of guy who collected thousands for a season and promised hotels and ran out of money halfway through summer and the team was stranded.  

Its really disgusting.
