if you are being recruited by an ivy league but your academics are a little less than what needed to get into an ivy league, will being able to play baseball there get you in? how much does it help you with admissions

I posted a reply in the other thread you posted but yes it is easier. Still need good grades, good test scores and a strong HS course load but it is easier than the general public. My sons test scores and grades were good but not great and he received interest from 6 of the 8 Ivys and went on an official visit at one of them. It also depends on which Ivy as to how difficult it is to get in.

Also, be aware that Ivy league schools do not offer athletic scholarships.
