James River beats Deep Run for Central Region Title

Austin Stadler nailed a 2-run single in the bottom of the sixth, and Chris Briere closed the door in the 7th as James River won a back-and-forth battle with Deep Run to win the Central Region championship game tonight at RF&P Park.

James River, I believe, will face Granby at a time and place TBA Tuesday in the Richmond area. The game will likely not be played on JR's home field due to lack of lights.
