Jefferson Parrish La. Babe Ruth

I'm a babe ruth baseball coach and fan. I see were Jefferson Parrish won 3 divisions of the world series and were in the finals in another. What can anyone tell me about how these teams are selected, do they travel together all summmer, do these kids attend the same HS, etc. Seems to be something working well for this league.
