Sophomore third baseman Jeremy Stache enjoyed an outstanding weekend at the plate as Army opened the 2004 season in Texas ... Stache collected two hits in all three contests and finished the series batting a team-best .462 (6-13) ... he also lists second on the club in runs batted in with four ... after batting safely in each of last season's final three games, Stache carries a six-game hitting streak into this weekend's three-game set versus Maryland-Baltimore County (UMBC). Jeremy played his high school baseball at Alcoa.

Frank, It does not look like it right now. We think we are going to be there Mar 13 thru the 16th. Will you be down there during the first part of the week? We have to get our youngest back in school by Weds. afternoon. If I am not mistaken, Army plays Wrights State on the 19th. Please let me know when you are planning to be at ball fields, we should be around the area if you're near by.

Rick

Also, Thanks for the well wishes, I'll let Jeremy know.
After reading the article on the Black Knights homepage, I have to give a big yell for Nick Hill also! manrunning Nick got his first win in his college debut. I know Nick's parents are really excited! Nick is a great kid. He played on the Thunder 2002 AAU National Runnersup team. party

These moments will never be repeated, but always cherished. Bizazz
