Been reading for awhile but this is my first post. My 2007 just received invite to Joe Wladyka pre season showcase at Giant's Stadium in Feb. Wondering if anyone here is familiar with this camp and if worthwhile.

I am an '08 lefty pitcher from NY. I received an invitation to the Ginat Stadium showcase last year. My dad called Mr. Wladyka and he basically said I was too young. Basically what I've heard is that its well run and has solid players/scouts, etc., but doesn't match up to the caliber one might be accustomed to with say a Perfect Game event

Thumbs up on Coach Wladyka. 2008 LHP are a bit early for a pre-season 2006 Showcase.

Joe Wladyka is solid, one of the best baseball guys around. If it's his camp, it's worth going to. Many friends have had great success in their associations with him. I still remember all too well losing to his very good Ramapo College teams back in the early 80s.
