You live in RI, so may know this. It doesn't have much in the way of a traditional campus, with dorms and classrooms scattered in the on neigborhood in Providence. There is a business program in addition to the culinary aspect. Also, I think, equestrian studies / equine business. So it has some niche programs that are very strong. Take a long hard look at the course offerings to see if the narrow academic limitations are OK for your son, or would it limit him too much.
