How do some of these guys not get drafted? There are only 35 of them and there are over 1500 players drafted yaerly just a question?

There are a ton of players at all levels who do NOT get drafted, even tho they appear to be pro prospects to many people. There is just no explaining some of the decisions to those of us on the sidelines of pro baseball.
