JUCO Visits

I understand that the NCAA does not allow a visiting athlete to "perform" a tryout/workout while visiting but does the same rule apply to visiting a JUCO? We have a couple visits planned for this coming week and I am wondering if my son should bring his gear or leave it at home.

When we visited a JC, my son was not asked to workout. But then again, it is a local JC and they had already seen his video and seen him play. You could always e-mail the HC/RC ahead of time and ask them.
