As we narrow our recruiting road, I am trying to locate a list (or start a list) of JUCO’s that have onsite housing (dorms) or subsidized housing as part of their program and/or scholarship awards.

Our son is leaning towards JUCO’s for many reasons, but would like to have the “full” college experience.

I have searched here and GOOGLE to no avail.

Many Thanks

Here in FL, Central Florida College (formerly Central Florida Community College - not to be confused with UCF) has school-affiliated apartments where players live. Santa Fe College can provide funds toward housing, and most players live in an apartment complex right across the street.

I'm sure there are others, but those are the ones I am certain of.
There are probably more out here in Ca, but the one I know of Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo has an arrangement with Cal Poly so the kids from out of the area stay in the dorm. This is a serious baseball program and you will have to be near D1 level to play however. Also there are no scholarships in Ca JUCO's

Most of the better Fl. JUCO's offer a scholarship that includes housing. They have changed their names recently so I am not sure what they are currently called but:

Manatee Community College- Bradenton, Fl
Hillsborough Community College - Tampa, Fl
St. Petersburg Community College - St.Petersburg, Fl
Seminole Community College - Sanford, Fl
Daytona State College - Daytona Beach, Fl
St. Johns River Community College - Palatka, Fl

Most of the housing consists of off site condos, some are nicer than others. Daytona, Manatee and Hillsborough have some of the best arrangements.
