I have a question about those "jump soles" for anyone that might like to weigh in. One, are they really effective, and two, would they possibly help with Sever's disease? My son was diagnosed with this last year. Apparently it is due to rapid growth (5'-4" to 5'-8" in less than a year) and the resulting tightening of the tendons (especially the achilles). He was given some stretching and strengthening exercises to do, but it is still bothering him at times. He is very tight thru his legs but rarely wants to spend the time stretching. I'm even considering signing him up for a yoga class or something!

Strong advice Cool.
