What is the best way to listen or watch the draft in real-time? Will ESPN have complete coverage? Is there a web-site (MLB) that I can log on to and listen or watch a streaming list of names & teams?

Best I know is MLB.com. They have a list of names that's updated as it happens. probably not exactly real time but, again, best I know.

MLB.com will carry an internet broadcast of the draft. Beginning about 2 weeks before the draft they will create a link to it and will also post scouting reports created by the scouting bureau. There is not a fee for listening.

it can get funny sometimes,
