Junior Day Baseball

I searched and couldn't find anything but specific Junior Day's for colleges.

Anyone have information on the organization? http://www.juniordaybaseball.com/

I was invited by two different coaches by email to go to a showcase. On that showcase/event, it only has five colleges total. Is that a usual number, or do a lot more show up on that day? Just wondering if it's worth the time to go or we should just hold out and go to those two prospect camps individually.
