Looks like the D'backs are 2-2, anybody know anything about this "Team Illinois"? Who's coaching it and who's on the roster?

Team Illinois is run by a couple of coaches from downstate. I am hearing that they are not doing well. The Dupage Diamondbacks did not advance, they are in consolation play now. Did any Illinois teams head to Arizona?

No, those were the only two that attended either location....On a side note, my son Gage was to play for Team Florida USA but was unable to make the trip due to a broken hand which has sidelined him since Spring. Team Florida has gone 5-0 and seeded 3rd out of 72 teams...

Steve is a great baseball guy! My son plays full time for Bergen but they passed on the JO's and we had already committed to Team Florida for the event last Fall.
Gage will be out until at least the first of August when his pins are scheduled to be removed. This has been a "different" type of year for us, with little to no baseball for the first time in years.

In the East tournament as of Thursday morning (8) Florida teams hold the top (8) seeds heading into the elimination rounds....
