Has anyone been to the Baseball camp at Kansas. I was told that it is the best college camp in the midwest because there are coaches, etc. from about 15 schools. Just wanted to hear some personel experiences.

We have also heard great things about KU's camp. My son has played in the HS fall league that KU runs, but never attended the camp because we were always still playing baseball till that week.
Everyone who goes has good things to say about the camp. Coach Price is doing a good job in bringing KU to the upper half of the Big 12. He is great with the HS kids who participate. Fall ball ran 6 weekends and he was in the dugout coaching every single weekend. The field is BEAUTIFUL!
I did hear that there was quite a representation from California last summer at the camp. Coach Price is from CA and attracts many talented players from the west coast.
As far as other coaches go, call the school and ask who has attended in the past. I know many coaches from KS schools attend, but they were smaller schools.

My brother attended the camp last year and from what I could tell he liked it, there were quite a few coaches there and the live scrimage games are what everyone wants to see. But overall for the price, pretty good.
What is the high school fall league at KU like - I haven't heard anything about it? Is it by invitation or can anyone apply?
