Kellam only had three hits. They never really adjusted to the Freedom pitcher, whose fastball was in all honesty not of a very high velocity, combined with plenty of off-speed pitches. But they made their hits count, and got the win.

That play in the top of the 6th was bizarre. It was a huge play in the game. Score 3-2, runner on 3rd for Freedom with one out, and a fly ball to medium LF. I missed what the Freedom 3rd base coach actually did to his runner on 3rd base as he tagged up on the fly ball to LF. Did he hold the runner back or touch him as he tagged up? Whatever he did, the runner was called out after the play, even though he ended up not trying to score. But it was huge, as there still would have been two outs and a runner at 3rd in a 3-2 ballgame.

Ah thanks, I was watching the LF.
