R2 and R3, 1 out..count on B1 is 2-1..pitcher throws pitch low and away..B1 makes an attempt at pitch in dirt and starts running toward 1st..catcher picks up ball, over-throws 1st baseman and R2 and R3 score. Is this legal? By not knowing the count and game situation or is this an interference call by trying to confuse the defense?
