I'll take a guess...Lake Park will be stealthy this year.
The U-8 should be a decent conference this year. Neuqua Valley is defending state champs. St. Charles North is LOADED. LP finished in the middle last year and although they had some underclassmen get some experience on levels up above.

Lake Park as well as most other teams has a lot of holes to fill from year to year. Last year the Lancers had an above average year placing 3rd in the UEC (beating Neuqua Valley 2 of 3). We finished 22-14 and lost to a good Prospect team in the regional finals.
The key to our year will of course be pitching. We need some young guys to step up on the mound and will be looking to improve on defense.
The conference will be tough with NV, STCN, STCE, Bart, WV....
We will work hard and hustle.

Thanks for the update dc33. Played for norb 72 thru 76. Keep some updates coming. I have a son in gwinnett co. GA playing 2nd year varsity as a junior.hope you have a great season

no i actually stopped going to school this year to help out around the house because my dad got the big C in his liver.....hes 100% better now so im going to enroll at COD next year and try to get on the team there.....hopefully it all works out
